Job summary
Infosys Digital Experience (DX) unit seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, and testing across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable software solutions and guide transitions with training and documentation.
The role emphasizes attending to production issues, maintaining robust code, and ensuring quality through structured testing and reviews, with potential relocation/travel as
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
- Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are welcome to apply.
- Relocation and/or travel to project locations may be required.
- Experience across end-to-end SDLC and software development is expected.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements elicitation and document business requirements.
- Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
- Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
- Resolve production issues and suggest preventive strategies to improve reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
