Job summary

Guitar Center in Appleton, WI is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to deliver lessons through the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will work to grow the student base while nurturing a culture of integrity, inclusion, and musical passion.

You will partner with the Lessons Lead to schedule sessions, teach drums, guitar, keyboard, or other instruments, and provide excellent customer service by communicating progress to students and families. Prior experience in music or education is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in (e.g., Drums, Guitar, Keyboard).
• Demonstrates competency and proficiency in their teaching area.

Responsibilities

• Teach lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Partner with the Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount.
• Assist with Customer service to build long-term students with a great experience.
• Communicate progress to students and their parents on a regular basis.
• Additional duties as assigned.
