Job summary

Sun Orchard seeks a Drum/Dump Operator in Tempe, AZ to join our production team. This full-time role covers drumming and dumping activities, blend requests, machine monitoring, and adherence to GMPs and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in extraction or related work, and fluent English. Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software, plus forklift certification, is preferred for safe operations and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of extraction or related experience preferred.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, manufacturing software, time and attendance, and email writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for any drumming and dumping activity as required.
• Request and maintain blends for drumming/dumping production.
• Monitor machines.
• Troubleshoot.
• Inspect drumming/dumping areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards.
• Have certification for forklift operations.
• Employee is responsible for all aspects of Food Service, Safety and Quality.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
