Job summary

Recovery Monitoring Solutions is seeking a Drug Testing Technician to administer urinalyses and provide test results and support to staff and government agencies. You will work under supervision and ensure proper chain of custody and documentation.

The role includes daily communication, billing and maintenance tasks, with responsibilities across a collaborative team. Training and certification will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven Customer Service experience.
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screening.
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Plan, organize and assign the work of others.
• Apply policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform computer data entry.
• Work within a team structure.
• Define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions.
• Recognize and meet needs of customer/end user.
• Maintain focus and perform required duties while interacting with disagreeable customers/end users.
• Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position.

Job Details Job Location: Montgomery UA - Conroe, TX 77301 Position Type: Full Time A Drug Testing Technician is responsible for administering drug tests and the provision of test results and technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies. Works under direct or general supervisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.)


• Manages daily communication, billing and maintenance items.
