Lilly, a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking engineers and scientists for the Synthetic Molecule Design and Development (SMDD) team. You will help advance small molecules through early discovery to commercialization, focusing on drug product design and development with cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field, strong background in drug product manufacturing, and experience with regulatory and GMP considerations.

Qualificações

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields with 0-5 years of experience.
• Experience in drug product development and process development.
• Understanding regulatory/GMP aspects for drug products.

Responsabilidades

• Apply drug delivery fundamentals to design phase-appropriate drug products.
• Predict in vivo performance using preclinical data and molecular properties.
• Refine clinical drug product prototypes and mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate with partners to plan development activities aligned with global CMC strategy.
• Engage internal/external scientific communities and develop collaborations.
• Author and review technical reports and regulatory documentation.
