Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Drug and GM departments with focus on customer service, merchandising, and in-stock conditions.
• Execute planograms, resets, promotional sets, ad programs, and seasonal transitions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and backroom areas.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy while minimizing shrink.
• Monitor sales trends and movement reports to support ordering and merchandising decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company programs, safety standards, and procedures.
• Assist customers with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Provide daily direction, scheduling, training, and coaching to Drug/GM associates.
