Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of department products and respond to customer inquiries with suggestions.
• Inform customers about current specials and recommend products to meet their needs.
• Monitor product dates, label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly.
• Display a positive attitude and stay informed about current and upcoming promotions.
• Follow safety procedures, inspect equipment, and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist with customer accidents, report safety risks, and illegal activities.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflict professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking help when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Salary Range: $16.91 - $20.15
