The Drug Development Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales cycle, lead generation, and management processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, and other sources.
  • Following up on cold and warm leads to re-engage them.
  • Participating in lead generation strategies like cold calling and emailing.
  • Researching potential leads and developing sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, providing technical information, and preparing quotations.
  • Performing gap analysis in inactive accounts.
  • Proactively seeking customer feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
