Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year required.
• Pursuing Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biological, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.
• GPA 3.0+ required.
• Must be able to start full-time on-site at Malvern, PA.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and characterization of drug delivery systems and medical devices.
• Contribute to development of device technologies for targeted drug delivery.
• Design and execute engineering test methods and evaluations.
• Support lab investigations, mechanical characterization, and product performance assessments.
• Assist in design and fabrication of testing fixtures and setups.
• Document results and contribute to risk management and regulatory activities.
• Apply DOE concepts and statistical methods to evaluate results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance programs.
• Maintain notebooks and project records per procedures.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders.
