Test Smartly Labs is seeking a reliable Drug & Alcohol Collection Specialist to join our team in the Greater Kansas City area. You will perform DOT and non-DOT specimen collections, including direct observation collections for male donors, while ensuring accurate documentation and exceptional customer service.

We provide comprehensive training, comply with federal regulations, and sponsor DOT certification.

Qualifications

• You must have strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Customer service skills required; interact with clients daily.
• Professional demeanor and composure required in all situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specimen collections following DOT and non-DOT protocols
• Perform direct observation collections for male donors as required
• Maintain chain of custody documentation with accuracy
• Complete testing forms, lab paperwork, and software documentation accurately
• Sterilize and clean collection equipment and maintain examination rooms
• Deliver professional, courteous service to donors, clients, and staff
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and lab policies
