Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Drop Ship Coordinator to support our Roswell, GA based eCommerce growth. You will monitor drop ship orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate product content and onboarding of new vendors.

This role requires excellent organization, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have experience in e-commerce, drop shipping, merchandising, or logistics, with proficiency in MS Office.

Position Summary

The Drop Ship Coordinator will play a crucial role in the growth of eCommerce business as we look to expand our offering. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities

Order Processing: Efficiently monitor and manage drop ship orders to ensure timely fulfillment. Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, shipping details, and lead times. Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels for drop ship products. Collaborate with suppliers to address any discrepancies or issues with stock levels. Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison among Merchandising, Digital, Business Technology, suppliers, and external drop ship partners. Coordinate the onboarding of new drop ship vendors and products, working with vendors and internal and external partners through launch, and provide clear and timely status updates. Product Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate product information, including images and copy. Manage the process of turning drop ship products online, ensuring they have the correct content. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input data related to drop ship orders into our systems. Generate and maintain regular reports on drop ship performance, vendor onboarding, key metrics, and business opportunities.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Monday – Friday onsite, based out of our Roswell, GA Store Support Center. Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed. Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.
