If you are passionate about golf, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we want to hear from you! **Duties and Responsibilities:*** Order Processing:* Efficiently monitor and manage drop ship orders to ensure timely fulfillment.* Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, shipping details, and lead times.* Inventory Management:* Monitor and track inventory levels for drop ship products.* Collaborate with suppliers to address any discrepancies or issues with stock levels.* Communication and Coordination:* Act as a liaison among Merchandising, Digital, Business Technology, suppliers, and external drop ship partners.* Coordinate the onboarding of new drop ship vendors and products, working with vendors and internal and external partners through launch, and provide clear and timely status updates.* Product Management:* Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate product information, including images and copy.* Manage the process of turning drop ship products online, ensuring they have the correct content.* Data Entry and Reporting:* Accurately input data related to drop ship orders into our systems.* Generate and maintain regular reports on drop ship performance, vendor onboarding, key metrics, and business opportunities.**Qualifications and Skills Required:**· Prior experience in e-commerce, drop shipping, merchandising, or logistics is preferred.· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.**Work Environment and Physical Requirements:*** Monday – Friday onsite, based out of our Roswell, GA Store Support Center.
