The Lead provides leadership and guidance to the Drop Count Associates, assists with the physical counting process, and is responsible for managing schedules and providing reports. The role requires physical exertion, including standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The Lead must adhere to all security protocols, including wearing a uniform and steel‑toed shoes.
