Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience relevant to course subject matter including flight mechanics, regulatory compliance, geospatial mapping, or autonomous flight systems.

• Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team and subject matter experts to create high-quality course curriculum aligned with course format.
• Prepare readings, assessments, activities, and slide presentations with notes.
• Develop scripts and recordings for video and audio content.
• Create teaching notes to assist future instructors and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Deliver all assignments on time per contract and scope of work; respond to feedback.
