3+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) for inventory and warehouse transactions.
Experience with kitting processes and BOM-based material management.
Strong understanding of shipping/receiving procedures, including domestic and international logistics.
Proven leadership experience managing warehouse staff.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in defence, aerospace, drone, or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR/EAR) is a plus.

Inventory & Stock Management: maintain real-time inventory levels; cycle counts and inventories; manage storage and labeling.
ERP System Management: handle day-to-day warehouse transactions; ensure data integrity; align BOM data with production needs.
Kitting for Production: manage kits; coordinate with planning; flag shortages; maintain traceability.
Shipping & Receiving: oversee inbound receipts; manage outbound shipments; coordinate with carriers and brokers; ensure export control compliance.
Team & Operations Leadership: supervise staff; enforce safety; improve processes; coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering.
