EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC. is seeking an experienced Drone & GPS Program Manager / Lead Pilot in Maryland to lead our drone operations and manage equipment, flight logs, and pilot development.

You will grow the program by evaluating new technologies, mentoring pilots, and expanding drone services across the business. This role requires a Part 107 license, ArcGIS Pro experience, and driving duties.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 UAS License required.
• Experience using Esri ArcGIS Pro GIS software.
• Experience with GNSS GPS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage drone and GPS equipment inventory, maintenance, firmware, shipping, and upgrades.
• Maintain and update SOPs, quick-start guides, flight logs, and maintenance records.
• Research, test, and evaluate new drone and GPS technologies.
• Train and support EA pilots, including quarterly meetings and troubleshooting.
• Manage onboarding and training for new pilots.
• Communicate new equipment, capabilities, and updates through internal postings and webinars.
