Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Flight Support Assistant to join our drone flight test operations in Pendleton, Oregon. This onsite role supports the flight team, ensuring safe and efficient test operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an FAA Part 107 certificate, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be physically capable of handling equipment up to 50 lbs. The position focuses on safety, teamwork, and reliable performance on a 6–24 month contract.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is mandatory.
• Strong communication and reporting skills are essential for team coordination and daily briefings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with flight team during field and flight test operations.
• Serve as a qualified Visual Observer (VO) during drone missions.
• Prepare drones and ground equipment as part of the support crew.
• Assist with flight readiness checks, equipment staging, and logistics coordination.
• Participate in daily crew briefings and mission planning sessions.
• Maintain a safe, compliant operational environment.
