Job Title: Flight Support Assistant

Location: Onsite - Pendleton, Oregon

Duration: 6 months to 24 months

Pay Rate: $34/hr.

This role is critical to ensure safe, efficient, and disciplined test operations, working side-by-side with the flight team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using basic computer tools and systems
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, perform repeated movements, and lift/carry items up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving test environment
