Job summary
Amazon Prime Air is seeking a Drone Operations Manager to own end-to-end operations at drone delivery hubs. You will lead the on-site commercial ops center, overseeing outbound/inbound, drone maintenance, flight operations, and on-site staff.
You will collaborate with customer support, marketing, PR, Training, IT, and Finance to drive efficiency and ultra-fast delivery experiences, guiding a large on-site team and ensuring safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience with staffing lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, performance management, and terminations.
- Demonstrated leadership in a people-management role coaching and developing others.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to work in variable environments including outdoor temperatures and noise levels.
- Bachelor's degree in operations or related field.

- Own end-to-end drone delivery hub operations as the on-site leader.
- Manage commercial ops including outbound/inbound, drone maintenance, parts, and flight ops.
- Partner with customer-facing teams and technical functions to optimize delivery experience.
