Job summary

Zipline is seeking Aviation Maintenance Technicians in the United States to perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with engineering, flight operations, and other teams to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and document all work performed.

The role requires willingness to travel up to 80% during the initial training period, and to participate in shift work as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic engineering knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair aviation/aerospace systems.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance ensuring compliance with CAMP and GMM.
• Work with engineering and flight operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Travel within service area to perform in-site maintenance of Zipline aircraft systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation.
• Meet ongoing training requirements to maintain certifications.
