Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Must have 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.
• Must have a DCJS License.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and guiding them as needed.
• Verify identity and manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule: 2pm to 10pm Mon, Tues and Thurs, Fri or Weekends flex hours

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Computer skill (outlook, visitor management, and access control)
• Candidate will work in the lobby and required to do walking patrols, in addition to vehicle patrols

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• You have 2 years of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience!
• You have a state license if required
• You have CPR/First Aid
• You have computer literacy and phone skills
• Must have access control and customer service experience
• You are at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreements
• You have an active DCJS License
• You have the ability to provide great customer service
• You have access control and customer service experience
