GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Reston, VA. This role emphasizes customer service as you greet and guide visitors, verify identities, and manage access in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will perform patrols, inspect equipment, and respond to incidents while coordinating with emergency teams. A DCJS Virginia Security License and legal right to work in the U.S. are required, with opportunities for career growth.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Open availability for scheduling required for weekdays and weekends. Must be available to work mornings, evenings, and overnights. Days off could vary and weekends are required. This is a flex schedule. Would not guarantee full time hours.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• You have a DCJS Virginia Security License
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
