Nova Driving School is seeking passionate, professional, and safety-focused Driving Instructors to join our growing team. This instructor position will primarily serve students in South Holland, Illinois, and the surrounding south suburban communities, providing high-quality driver education and behind-the-wheel training to teens and adults throughout the area.

As part of the city's #1 driving school, you will play a vital role in helping new drivers develop the skills, confidence, and responsible driving habits needed to navigate today's roadways safely. Instructors will work one-on-one with students from diverse backgrounds, tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs while fostering a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Driver's license of at least 2 years - Current and Valid driver's license should have been issued in the State of Illinois

• Previous experience in driving instruction is preferred but not required
• Above 21 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent- Must be able to present ORIGINAL diploma or transcripts
