Nova Driving School is looking for passionate, safety‑focused Driving Instructors to join our team at our Main St location in Evanston. As part of the city’s #1 driving school, you’ll help teens and adults become confident, responsible drivers through patient, high‑quality instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students in safe and lawful driving techniques, Illinois traffic laws, and defensive driving strategies
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Monitor student progress and provide performance feedback
• Stay informed on current traffic regulations
• Foster a positive and focused learning environment

Requirements

1. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
2. Previous experience in driving instruction is preferred.
3. Above 21 years of age.
4. Driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
5. Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
