Capabilities-3, a driving instruction company in Ohio, seeks a dedicated Driving Instructor to work with individuals ages 16+ to help them earn their learner’s permit and ultimately a driver’s license. You’ll teach traffic laws, signs, safety, and build confidence through on-the-road instruction.

You’ll accompany learners to the testing site, celebrate their achievements, and inspire a sense of opportunity as they gain independence behind the wheel. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or above.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
• A clean driving record and ability to teach people to drive in company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Teach traffic laws, signs, responsibility and safety to learners 16+ on the road.
• Work one-on-one with individuals to build confidence behind the wheel.
• Accompany learners to testing sites to support them and celebrate achievements.
