TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Delmar, MD is hiring a DRIVER (NON-CDL) / GENERAL LABORER for their expanding team. Starting pay is $19/hr plus tips, with no experience required. Enjoy a supportive work environment with paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement and bonuses.

You will safely operate brand new automatic box trucks, provide outstanding customer service, and help with moving and packing customers' belongings efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive, or 18 for movers.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required for drivers.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

What You’ll Do

• Drive and lead – safely operate our automatic 26-ft. branded box trucks (no CDL required) and oversee job sites
• Provide positive energy and top‑notch customer service.
• Safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings with care and efficiency.
• Comply with all FMCSA and DOT rules and regulations.
• Understand and complete all customer‑facing documents and move paperwork.
• Stay active and hustle – lift 75 lbs. or more and get a great workout every day.
• Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle!

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21, have a valid driver's license, and a good driving record to be a driver.
• Movers must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, walking.
• Physical stamina – you won’t find a workout like this anywhere else.
