Job summary

Kemp's Dairy, a DFA farmer-owned brand, is seeking a Yard Driver for its Huntington facility to support efficient trailer movement and yard operations. The 2nd shift runs Monday through Saturday from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am, with every other Saturday off, in a 4-day rotation.

Responsibilities include operating shuttles to move trailers, staging between buildings, and collaborating with the team to meet daily needs. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• 21+ years of age.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Ability to push, pull and lift to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate shuttles to move trailers between buildings and staging areas.
• Move trailers from loading dock doors and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and adhere to safety guidelines.

Kemps Dairy has immediate job openings for dependable Yard Truck Driver to safely and efficiently operate shuttles to move trailers from building to building, staging areas and from various loading dock doors.
