Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a Brand Specialist to develop new customer relationships and maintain service levels for retail and food service customers. Responsibilities include deliveries, warehouse operations, in-store activities, and occasional weekend work to support customer needs.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, independence, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule. Required are strong communication, basic math, and driving capability to service accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, including basic math and reasoning.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• 1+ years of experience as a Brand Associate or three years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, or similar role.
• Successful mastery of Brand Associate essential functions and requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in delivered goods with a customer representative.
• Complete bi-weekly customer inventory.
• Create bi-weekly orders based on established inventory levels.
• Pull credits, create memos, and issue customer credits.
• Complete merchandising resets and cross-merchandising opportunities.
• Provide 1-on-1 training with customer employees on service, product knowledge, and slicing techniques.
• Complete assigned Go-Spot-Check missions.
• Deliver perishable goods to customers.
• Monitor truck maintenance schedule and coordinate maintenance.
• Cultivate relationships with deli management to address needs and opportunities.
• Assist with additional activities or special projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements
