RSC - Refrigeration Sales Corporation in Ohio is seeking a dependable Driver/Warehouse Associate for a 2nd shift. This role combines local deliveries with warehouse duties, offering variety and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will safely operate delivery vehicles, load/unload, inspect vehicles, and pick, stage, and prepare orders. Forklift experience is a plus, and CDL credentials are welcome but not required. A strong work ethic and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Experience in driving, delivery, or warehouse roles preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move HVAC equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CDL experience is a plus but not required for all positions.

Depending on the needs of the operation, you may spend part of your day making deliveries and the rest of your day helping keep our distribution center running efficiently.

THE ROLE

As a Driver/Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a combination of local delivery and warehouse duties.

Driver Responsibilities

Safely operate company delivery vehicles and make timely deliveries to RSC branches and customers.

Load and unload products safely and accurately.

Secure products properly for transportation.

Perform required vehicle inspections.

Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and branch employees.

Follow all company safety policies and applicable driving regulations.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and management.

Warehouse Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming products.

Pick, stage, and prepare customer and branch orders for delivery.

Load delivery vehicles accurately and safely.

Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Assist with inventory and general warehouse operations.

Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.

Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Previous driving, delivery, or warehouse experience preferred.

Forklift experience preferred.

Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment and materials.

Strong attention to detail and dependability.
