Responsibilities

• Cover open delivery routes, delivering and merchandising frozen products.
• Provide outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper product rotation, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and attractive freezer presentation.
• Assist with freezer installations, equipment swaps, and maintaining company freezer standards.
• Safely operate company vehicles while following all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and transport frozen products while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and rotating warehouse inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles, warehouse facilities, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with special projects and support other departments as business needs require.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Davis Ice Cream Georgia, LLC is a family-owned wholesale ice cream distributor proudly serving customers throughout the Southeast. This is a hands-on position that combines route coverage, merchandising, delivery driving, warehouse support, and operational assistance. No two days are exactly the same, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active and taking on new challenges.

Position Summary

As a Lead Driver / Utility Worker, you will support daily operations by covering delivery routes, merchandising products, assisting in the warehouse, maintaining company equipment, and helping ensure our customers receive outstanding service. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
