Davis Ice Cream Georgia, LLC is seeking a dependable Lead Driver / Utility Worker to cover delivery routes, merchandising, and warehouse support in Chattanooga.

This hands-on role requires a valid Class B CDL, ability to pass drug screen, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service as you handle refrigerated products and operate company vehicles per DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and clean MVR required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and dependability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in warehouse, freezer, and outdoor environments.
• Flexible and able to perform various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cover open delivery routes, delivering and merchandising frozen products.
• Provide outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper product rotation, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and attractive freezer presentation.
• Assist with freezer installations, equipment swaps, and maintaining company freezer standards.
• Safely operate company vehicles while following all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and transport frozen products while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and rotating warehouse inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles, warehouse facilities, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with special projects and support other departments as business needs require.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
