Job summary

Pegasus Landing of South Plains in Lubbock, TX seeks a compassionate Driver to safely transport residents to activities and appointments in a senior living community. You’ll follow schedules, maintain vehicle safety, and support a caring, resident-first environment.

This role offers flexible FT/PT scheduling, same-day pay options, strong benefits, and opportunities for career growth through our mentorship and CEU programs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and motor vehicle record may be required.
• Ability to follow schedules and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to activities and appointments safely and on time.
• Maintain and report vehicle safety and cleanliness; monitor fuel and upkeep needs.
• Follow designated transportation schedules and directions from Life Enrichment Director.

Highlights of the Transportation Partner:

• Confirm transportation schedule as designated by the Life Enrichment Director, to include date, time, type, locations, and directions.
• Transport Residents to and from activities/errands in safe, organized, and responsible fashion.
• Maintain company owned vehicles to keep them in safe, and efficient working order. Inform Life Enrichment Director of any maintenance issues concerning the vehicles.
