Job summary

Laketown Village Residential Care and Memory Care is seeking a Transportation Partner/Driver to support residents by safely transporting them to activities and errands. You will coordinate with the Life Enrichment Director to confirm schedules and routes while keeping vehicles in good condition and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to transport residents safely and respectfully

Responsibilities

• Confirm transportation schedule as designated by the Life Enrichment Director, including date, time, type, locations, and directions
• Transport residents to and from activities/errands in a safe, organized, and responsible manner
• Maintain company-owned vehicles and report any maintenance issues promptly

Highlights of the Transportation Partner:

• Confirm transportation schedule as designated by the Life Enrichment Director, to include date, time, type, locations, and directions.
• Transport Residents to and from activities/errands in safe, organized, and responsible fashion.
• Maintain company owned vehicles to keep them in safe, and efficient working order. Inform Life Enrichment Director of any maintenance issues concerning the vehicles.
