CITC seeks a Driver, Financial Assistance to provide safe transportation for participants to essential appointments and events, while delivering administrative support to the Financial Assistance Department.

The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with adherence to OSHA safety standards and confidentiality policies.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years of experience in administrative, clerical, general office, business, or related field.
• Fingerprint state and federal background check required.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and use basic hand tools.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and insurance under CITC’s policy (21+ with 3+ years licensed).

Aufgaben

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for participants to appointments, events, and CITC services.
• Transport Financial Assistance staff to home visits, meetings, and participant appointments.
• Maintain vehicles: clean, fueled, and in service; report repairs to Office Manager.
• Purchase and deliver supplies and food for FA Department and participants.
• Maintain accurate records of driving services, participants transported, and gas card reconciliations.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, greet guests, and route inquiries to staff.
• Create, file, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files; keep contact info updated.
• Perform clerical tasks: photocopying, document transmission, office supply orders, and correspondence prep.
• Provide professional customer service to staff, participants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Serve as backup courier and admin support for Financial Assistance Department.
• Ensure participants receive necessary accommodations during transportation; follow OSHA safety standards.
• Participate in meetings and trainings; maintain confidentiality.
