Driver - Transport Driver (tractor trailer) CDL A required

Job Details

Pay Rate: $29.35 per hour

This position involves driving a tractor/trailer truck to make local and regional deliveries (up to 275 miles radius) of finished products or raw materials/supplies to company distribution and manufacturing centers. Responsibilities include obtaining proper authorization for all deliveries/pick-ups, inspecting the vehicle for safety before and after trips, maintaining a DOT driver's log, and adhering to all DOT regulations.

Position requires physical work such as bending, cranking landing gear, climbing in and out of cabs, and sitting for extended periods. This is a no-touch freight role with drivers returning home daily.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver finished products or raw materials to designated destinations
• Ensure safety and compliance of the load
• Maintain DOT driver logs and other required documentation
• Ensure reliable and predictable attendance
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
