Job Details

• Pay Rate: $29.35 per hour
• Position Summary: Drive a tractor/trailer truck to make local and regional deliveries (up to 275 miles radius) of finished products or raw materials to company distribution and manufacturing centers.
• Responsibilities:
  • Obtain proper authorization for all deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Inspect vehicle for proper and safe operating conditions before and after trips.
  • Maintain a DOT driver's log and adhere to all DOT regulations.
  • Ensure safety and compliance of load.
  • Ensure regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
  • Perform pre/post inspections.
• Physical Requirements: Handling tractor/trailer components, including bending, cranking landing gear, climbing in and out of cabs, and sitting for extended periods. No-touch freight work; drivers are home daily.
