Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Transport Driver to ensure timely delivery to regional distribution centers and drop sites. The role involves no-touch freight, vehicle inspections, and DOT documentation with home daily expectations in Houston. Typical weekly mileage ranges are 2,000–2,300 across Texas routes.

Qualified candidates have a CDL A, are at least 21 years old, and possess 1 year of CDLA experience. Ideal candidates may have a GED/high school diploma and tanker endorsements.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A) required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year experience using CDLA (commercial driver’s license A).

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to regional distribution centers and drop sites, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs and documentation.
• Complete 2,000–2,300 miles per week across Texas routes, typically no-touch freight.
• Home daily and shift typically Monday–Friday with potential overtime and weekends.

Job Overview

• Transport Drivers are responsible for ensuring our products are delivered to our regional distribution centers and/or drop sites in a safe and timely manner
• Typically no-touch freight
• Consistent runs, home daily
• Performs required pre and post trip vehicle inspections and maintains all required DOT documentation (including trip electronic logs)
• Averages 3-4 drop and hooks per shift. Or, as requested
• Typically transports products to and from our facilities in Texas such as Austin, Irving, San Antonio, and Corpus Cristi.
• Averages 2,000 - 2,300 miles per week

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

We are looking for a self-motivated and safety-first individual who enjoys spending his/her workday behind the wheel. You utilize proactive communication and plan ahead to ensure each load reaches the correct destination in a safe and timely manner.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $30.50 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $32.08 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 18+ months (18m+ is the ideal. Will still need to edit based on market and potentially lower in hard to fill areas) of commercial driving experience.
• Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
