Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Ottumwa, IA seeks a Transport Driver for 2nd shift. You will handle safe, timely deliveries with consistent routes and home daily.

Starts between 11am–2pm; overtime and weekends possible. This role requires a CDL A, 1 year of experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Annual pay ranges: unqualified $76,000–$90,000; qualified $82,000–$94,000; plus per-mile and downtime incentives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to regional distribution centers and drop sites safely and timely.

• Consistent runs, home daily.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain DOT logs.
• Average 2,400–3,000 miles per week.
• Average 3–4 drop and hook per shift.

Job Overview

• Transport Drivers are responsible for ensuring our products are delivered to our regional distribution centers and/or drop sites in a safe and timely manner
• Typically no-touch freight
• Consistent runs, home daily
• Performs required pre and post trip vehicle inspections and maintains all required DOT documentation (including trip electronic logs)
• Averages 2,400 to 3,000 miles per week
• Averages 3-4 drop and hooks per shift

Shift and Schedule

• 2nd Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Start time between 11am-2pm until finished
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed

We are looking for a self-motivated and safety-first individual who enjoys spending his/her workday behind the wheel. You utilize proactive communication and plan ahead to ensure each load reaches the correct destination in a safe and timely manner.

Total Rewards

• $0.56 per mile with a qualified rate after 6-months eligible for $0.59
• $6.02 for Drop and Hook
• $22.80 per hour for downtime

Annual unqualified rate of $76,000 – $90,000

Annual qualified rate of $82,000 - $94,000
