Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A with a clean driving record.

• Experience teaching compliance and driver training.
• Ability to supervise and coach drivers.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training for Spotters, Shuttle, and OTR drivers.
• Instruct on safe driving, laws, and safety protocols.
• Lead on-road and on-site training with real-time feedback.
• Evaluate driver performance and readiness for certifications.
• Maintain proper logs and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver ongoing education on cargo handling and vehicle inspections.
