Job summary

Maverick Transportation, LLC is seeking a Driver Training Instructor for flatbed operations in North Little Rock, AR. You will conduct all aspects of driver training, mentor applicants, and ensure completion of academic criteria using our LMS and Luma software.

Responsibilities include leading groups, evaluating aptitude, and maintaining safety through education. Requires a CDL and a high school diploma or GED; benefits include health coverage, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Specialized schooling/training in a skill area is acceptable.
• DL (CDL) is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Train applicants on Maverick’s load securement practices in classroom and hands-on settings.
• Mentor and coach groups of students and observe challenges to ensure success.
• Lead, manage, and motivate classes; maintain a positive educational environment.
• Attend trainings to maintain professional knowledge and confidentiality.
