Qualifications

• The Driver Development Specialist is responsible for delivering driver training and development to the full driver population in orientation.
• This role provides classroom, one-on-one, and hands-on training in compliance with Company, Federal, and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driver-facing development in classroom, one-on-one, and hands-on settings.
• Present information using varied instructional techniques including role-playing, simulations, and videos.
• Facilitate and implement simulator training and content development proposals.
• Maintain records of attendance, completions, evaluations, and coaching sessions.
