Indiana Beverage is looking for a Route Driver in South Bend, Indiana. This full-time position offers paid CDL training, meaning no experience is required, and you will be home every night with weekends off. Pay & Progression

• $23/hour to start
• $24/hour with CDL permit
• $25/hour with Class-A CDL
• Earn up to $68,000/year as a Route Driver after training!

Qualifications

• 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record (no DWI/OWI)
• Ability to pass:
  • Drug screen
  • Criminal background check
  • DOT physical
  • Essential functions screening
  • MVR review
• Ability to obtain a Class-A CDL and Salesman’s Permit
• Commitment to responsible alcohol handling and compliance with all laws

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 160 lbs from ground level
• Push/pull up to 2,100 lbs with a pallet jack
• Lift 30 lbs overhead and climb in/out of trucks repeatedly
• Perform repetitive movements including bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing stairs or ramps
