Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a driver helper to assist unloading and delivering products to customer locations in Illinois. You will follow customer invoices and SYGMA procedures, build courteous relationships with customers, and support route paperwork.

Responsibilities include learning the route on current bids, assisting with paperwork, and following safety practices. CDL School attendance may be required as scheduled, with opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and write clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Unload product at customer locations per invoices and procedures.
• Develop good relationships with customers by providing courteous service.
• Learn route on current bid and assist with route paperwork.
• Work safely following Preferred Work Methods.
• Attend CDL School when scheduled.
• Assist driver in pre-trip checks and safe vehicle operation.
• Assist with delivery setup and directing driver for safe setup.
