The SYGMA Network is hiring a Driver Helper in Wisconsin/Oregon to assist the driver with unloading and route support. The role includes night dispatch shifts of 10–14 hours and a 3-month trial period, with pay of $900 per week.
Responsibilities include unloading per customer invoices, maintaining courteous customer relations, assisting with route paperwork, and supporting safe vehicle operations. CDL school attendance is expected, with opportunities to become a SYGMA delivery driver.

Work is medium to heavy in nature. Half the day is spent sitting in a tractor/trailer unit. Must be able to climb into the trailer, lift 50 lb boxes frequently, lift up to 75 lb boxes occasionally, and move product on the 2‑wheeler. Ability to read and speak English to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
Must be able to read at a distance close to the eyes and at arm’s length, with or without correction. May be required to back/direct driver through hand signals or verbal communication.
Activities occur both inside (protection from weather conditions but not temperature changes) and outside. Position is subject to various roads, mechanical and electrical hazards.
