Job summary

VENU+ is seeking a reliable full-time box truck driver to support our mobility and equipment delivery to attractions throughout Southern California. You will operate medium to large trucks, follow efficient routes, and ensure on-time delivery plus proper documentation.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver's license, 2+ years of box truck experience, solid knowledge of local roads, and strong communication skills to provide excellent guest service. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver1s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of box truck driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Excellent driving and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates medium to large trucks daily to deliver and pick up rental equipment at theme parks, resorts, and other facilities as instructed
• Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure complete orders are delivered according to established time frames and customer/guest needs
• Perform maintenance services for mobility equipment, including strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers and other allied equipment
• Ensure documents delivery and accuracy, and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directives reporting any discrepancies to company
• Maintain a safe work area and complies with safety procedures and equipment operating rules, keeping work areas in a clean and orderly condition
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Loading and unloading equipment in a timely manner
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment as required
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned
