Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring CDL A Team Truck Drivers. These full-time roles involve moving trailers between service centers and turn-points, with teams on the road 5 days and home 2 days weekly. Excellent benefits, and PTO available on hire, are included.

Qualifications include CDL Class A, 1 year verifiable Class A driving in the past 3 years, clean driving record, and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen. Family-friendly culture with company resorts available.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required and verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Good driving record/MVR and PSP with no major violations and max 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must meet age requirements (23+, 21+ for military transition).

Responsibilities

• Move trailers between service centers and turn-points.
• Operate on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule.
• Complete pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen; pass road test.

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for CDL A Team Truck Drivers. These full-time opportunities will be responsible for the movement of trailers between Service Centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements / Qualifications

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
