Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers for our Arlington, TN Service Center. Earn $140,000–$160,000 yearly per driver as part of a two-person team delivering vans or doubles between service centers.

Teams are on the road five days and home two days each week, with vacation after 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and access to employee resort lodging across approved locations.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• At least 1 year combined Class A driving in past 3 years.
• Clean MVR/PSP; no serious violations; ≤3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• Age 23 (21 for FMCSA military transition).
• Pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Road test must be completed successfully.
• Ability to bend, lift and stoop as needed.
• Dependable and safe driver

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Team Drivers at our Arlington, TN Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
