Job summary

R+L Carriers in Antioch, TN is hiring CDL A Team Truck Drivers. You will haul van or double trailers between service centers, typically on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule.

Earn $140,000–$160,000 yearly per driver with comprehensive benefits and vacation lodging at company resorts. Team drivers are home weekly, with opportunities to grow in a family-owned transportation company.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable driving in the past 3 years.
• Clean MVR/PSP and no major violations in past 3 years.
• Age 23, or 21 to transition from military CDL per FMCSA.
• Ability to operate equipment safely at all times.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must pass road test.
• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop.
• Dependable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operate van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑points.
• Team drivers on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days each week.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.

Our Team Drivers are home every week!

Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts.

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Team Drivers at our Antioch, TN Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn‑point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements

• CDL Class A


• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years


• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.


• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL


• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times


• Must be able to pass pre‑employment DOT Physical and drug screen


• Must be able to complete a successful road test


• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty


• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz‑mat CDL endorsements


• Experienced hauling Haz‑mat


• Experienced pulling doubles


• Any LTL freight experience
