Job summary

Summit School Services LLC provides transportation safety and quality service across North America. We seek a Transportation Supervisor to oversee drivers, ensure safe operations, and support regional teams.

You will coach and mentor staff, coordinate with Driver Recruitment during hiring, monitor on-time performance, and prepare timely reports while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 5+ years’ work experience; 3 years in ground transportation preferred, college can substitute.
• Knowledge of safety policies and supervisory practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of drivers and monitors for safety and compliance.
• Provides coaching, mentoring and training to promote high morale and service.
• Coordinates with Driver Recruitment during hiring and interviews.
• Collects time sheets, monitors on-time performance and reports.
• Ensures policy compliance and addresses breaches with management.
