The ideal candidate has leadership experience in logistics or fleet operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising delivery drivers or similar teams.
• Experience in logistics, distribution or fleet operations preferred.
• CDL preferred but not required; knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers during daily operations.
• Coordinate driver schedules, route assignments, and coverage.
• Monitor on-time performance and address operational issues as they arise.
• Communicate with drivers to provide support and resolve concerns.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Assist with driver coaching, training, and performance management.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
• Collaborate with warehouse and office staff to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation; seek productivity improvements.
